Producer/Director
Producer/Director of Service Programming will lead the programming and implementation process of our weekly services for World Harvest Church.
Experience
  • Must have a minimum of three years of production experience.
  • Must have creative process experience.
  • Preferred experience in church production among multiple campuses and with a campus of 1,000 people or more.
  • Must have experience in management of teams and events.
  • Must be highly organized and proficient in multi-project management.
Key Responsibilities
Series Creation / Design, Development and Implementation of the Creative/Production Process
  • Manage creative implementation process and timeline.
  • Refine, prepare and execute service-programming elements at all campuses in partnership with campus staff.
  • Ensures World Harvest Church branding is reflected in creative/production service elements.
  • Provides leadership and clear direction to creative/production team and all staff on the series planning and creative/production elements. This includes oversight with ministry leads, outsourcing, production, communications, and art/set design.
 
Gathering Experience / Production
  • Manage the completion of all worship elements starting at the point of creative design through the evaluation of usage.
  • Responsible for the execution of all technical aspects of the worship gathering through managing the production team.
  • Responsible for stage/set design and service execution across all campuses.
 
Team Management
  • Responsible for the development of teams for multiple campuses.
  • Manage all production communication and integration among team members and with other ministry areas to ensure high levels of effectiveness, collaboration and follow through; includes e-mail follow up, written and verbal communication.
  • Manages and develops Production Ministry team.

Director of Recruitment and Admissions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and evaluate strategic and targeted recruitment needs. Plan, implement, and report on enrollment programs addressing such needs.
  • Serve as a core member of the Strategic Enrollment Management Team.
  • Assist in development of communication strategies to address prospective students, program and enrollment inquiries, application processes, and pre-registration phases of the Valor Christian College admissions process
  • Ensure recruitment objectives, goals, budgets, policies, practices, and actions produce successful student recruitment results.
  • Interpret complex data to inform and guide decision-making and coordinate these efforts collaboratively with the Administration.

Graphic Designer
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating Direct Mail Pieces, Brochures, Misc. Marketing Materials, Signage, CD / DVD Disc Art and Web Graphics.

Summary

The Lighting Director is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of lightning for church services and events.

The Finance Assistant supports students and the Finance Manager. A successful candidate will perform a variety of key finance functions related to student accounts.   • Students Accounts Receivable:

Reporting to the Web Project Coordinator, this role’s primary responsibilities include:

Maintenance Technician
We are looking for the right person to join our maintenance and facilities team who will take great pride in taking care of our 550,000 square feet facility. The successful candidate will have the following skills: Mechanically inclined, general maintenance knowledge, landscaping/grounds-keeping. Huge plus but not necessary: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC skills

Available Shifts are:

1st Shift – 8am to 5pm (Mon - Friday) some weekends

Primary Duties:
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of buildings or properties and equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

  • Executive Pastor
    The Executive Pastor is responsible to direct and manage all World Harvest Church ministries and operations, so they are unified and effective in achieving our mission and vision in harmony with our identity while providing leadership development that supports healthy, long-term sustainability and growth of the church. This position directly leads all staff, except the Lead Pastor. The Executive Pastor reports to the Lead Pastor and is part of the Executive Staff. The position is exempt minister.

    Essential Functions
    • Support and execute the Lead Pastor's vision/mission and make sure it is accomplished through the staff and ministry teams.
    • Cooperate with the Lead Pastor in promoting the entire ministry plan of WHC.
    • Manage and leads the everyday activities of the church staff under the authority of the Lead Pastor.
    • Facilitate planning, administration, scheduling of church programs, activities, and special events including the creation of systems and processes that further the church's ministry objectives.
    • Oversee, guide, facilitate, and coordinate the work of the pastoral staff and creative team to ensure all church services are carried out to the satisfaction of the Lead Pastor.
    • Responsible for development of all staff including Staff Development Teaching as necessary. Play an integral role in all personnel decisions within the church staff.
    • Supervise staff in a way that maximizes ministry effectiveness. Align the ministries and departments of the church around the church's core vision.
    • Serve as part of the church's Elder team in a non-voting position, helping to set the long-term objectives and strategies of the church.

    World Harvest Church is seeking an experienced Director of Children’s Ministry. The ideal candidate is expected to oversee the comprehensive and first-rate ministry to the children and youth of the various ministry outreaches of World Harvest Church.
